About me and my therapy practice
The key to the way I work is in the relationship we build with each other. I offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings and experience, as someone to be along side you on your journey.
I am an Integrative counsellor and I work in a person centred way - I believe that you the client are the expert in your own feelings and experience, although you may not be feeling like an expert in yourself at the moment.
There are many different reasons people enter into counselling - it could be a life changing event, something you've carried with you for a long time or a feeling like you need to make a change but don't know what to do or where to look. Your reason will be individual to you and we can explore that together.
I am able to work out of 2 locations in the PE1 and PE2 and please feel free to message me if you would like to find out more.
I offer concessions for trainees and people on a low income.
I currently work for two nationally recognised organisations in Peterborough and Cambridgeshire and my have previously worked as a Volunteer Counsellor for an LGBT Network in London, MIND - based in both London and Cambridgeshire and a local young peoples organisation.
