About me and my therapy practice
About me
I work with individuals, groups and organisations. My therapeutic style is embedded in relationship and engagement. Therefore if you experience challenges with relationship or communication, this is my strength. Following 20 years of experience within NHS, private practice and educational organisations I utilise somatic psychology, human development and potential along with creative methodologies. Ultimately, uncovering potential, dealing with unhelpful behaviours.
As mentioned above, my specialty is communication. I have studied the art of communication over a 20 year period. I believe it is vital to personal happiness, self esteem, anxiety reduction, confidence as well as work and functional relationships. I offer you the opportunity to experience how you communicate, get feedback and look at different ways of effective communication.
Reach out to me if you keep bumping into the same relationship issues time and time again. I understand how sometimes it can feel like no matter what you do, it doesn't seem to work out. I would love to work with you to find pragmatic solutions to what seem like hopeless or never ending issues. It's completely realistic and possible.

About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about supervising, and have the CSTD Certificate in Supervision. I enjoy working with individual counsellors, psychotherapists, students and social workers as well as teachers. I also facilitate supervision groups within my role. My therapeutic style is embedded in relationship and engagement.
Following 20 years of experience within NHS, private practice and educational organisations I utilise somatic psychology, human development and potential along with creative methodologies. Ultimately, uncovering potential, dealing with unhelpful behaviours.
I believe in the importance of reflective supervision for everyone working with people; it keeps the professional grounded and authentic as well as facilitating the adoption of a learning mind.
In supervision we will work collaboratively to reveal the hidden parts/dynamics that will help us work more authentically and deeper with others. I believe that curiosity is the gift that supervisors can bring to the supervisory relationship which can impart a joy and wonder in the work of therapy.
