Just over a year ago, Juliette Moxham wrote an article for BACP Workplace about why she stepped back from being a headteacher of a primary school in Gloucestershire to retrain as a counsellor. Now a newly qualified counsellor, she is working with the public sector workforce and establishing her private practice.
