About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and a supervisor. I qualified as a counsellor in 2003 and since that time I have worked in the voluntary sector, NHS (10 yrs), EAP (10 yrs) and in private practice. I qualified as a supervisor in 2009 and have supervised counsellors and health professionals whilst working in the NHS and in other settings.
I am person centred trained but with some CBT training. I integrate that into my work where appropriate and with the clients agreement. I also have extensive experience of working with older adults.
