I work mostly online, but I can offer some sessions in person in Bude on a Thursday.

About me and my therapy practice

I have been working as a counsellor since 2013 and I have accumulated lot of experience working with a wide variety of people and presentations. I have a CYP qualification so I can support you if that is all or part of your client base.

I have an interest in neuroscience and how it relates to mental health.

Since I qualified as a supervisor in 2018 I have supported many student counsellors working on placement for their Level 4 qualification, and beyond into private practice or employment.

I use the 7-eyed Model of supervision as an overview of the supervision process to support you as you reflect on your client work, and talk through anything that you are finding challenging.
