About me and my therapy practice

I work from a foundation of person centred approach but work to facilitate every client as an individual and tailor my approach to the clients needs. I work in the here and now while exploring clients past experience’s to aid the client towards positive changes and personal empowerment.

Practice description

I work from home with a room specifically for counselling/ therapy.

I live in a small village with easy access and parking to my home.

I have flexible hours available e.g some early mornings and late nights.

My first session

I ask all clients to undertake a 20 minute free phone consultation to discuss need and availability.
