Hi, I am an Integrative Counsellor based in County Tyrone. Northern Ireland Is very small, but needing help has no Geographical boundaries! Hopefully, I'm here to help. I practice what I preach, I don't say I can do something that I'm not qualified to do. I will work within your Narrative, and help you redefine your New Journey. I am an Integrative Counsellor, Qualified in Psychodynamic , (Going back), Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural  practices. I am also a systemic practitioner (Looking at family and generic behaviours) and extensive Grief Counsellor. In Other words, I get to the root of the problem, I help you identify it, i work with you to pull out the thorn, and i help you identify coping strategies to manage situations afterwards. My work is driven by what the client needs. I prefer In-person, especially with Couples and CYP for the best possible outcome.

I Prefer Face to Face In Person, as it allows me the opportunity to connect with my clients. I see this as a therapeutic journey, and a way for me to facilitate the healing process for whoever is with me. I do give homework, but not in the old sense!! This is one therapeutic hour within the grand scale of a week, and the majority of work i expect to be utilised using the tools given. I will always go back to the root of the problem, if your not aware where it comes from, how can you possibly close it down and move forward. I look at generic behaviours and traits, again to help you identify and get some understanding of where your issues may have come from. I will always guarantee the safety of my clients, I adapt my practice to whichever client age group i have, as I'm qualified in Most, except family therapy. I work with Couples, Adult Individuals, Teenagers and Children (4-11), also with ASD and Special Needs. We All need help and a listening ear at times, and I'm Here!! I also am trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and am a Qualified Trainer in Bereavement Counselling.

The first session is a 360 degree assessment, you assess me and I assess you. Obviously i need to take some details about why your here and why now, but i totally appreciate how nervous you may feel, so I hope to put us BOTH at ease. This is your journey, and I've hopefully been honoured to have been chosen to help you navigate through this. Lets take it as it comes!!!!

I Train Safeguarding (3.5 hrs), Trauma (3.5Hrs) Bereavement (20 hrs plus 4 hours skills practice day), Groupe training and whatever subject is related.
