About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP accredited counsellor experienced in working with people with a variety of concerns. I help people with issues such as anxiety and depression, bereavement, relationship problems, or low self-confidence, or who may be facing a difficult decision.

My approach centres on the belief that the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of our work together. I provide a warm and supportive environment in which we can explore what's happening in your life, and consider changes you might want to make. I am also a coach; my combination of coaching and counselling skills enables me to work flexibly to meet your needs.

Practice description

I work in two locations: in Headington, Oxford, and on Friday mornings in Oxford City Centre

My first session

I offer face-to-face sessions. If you would like to find out more, please contact me by e-mail. I will suggest we have an initial 50 minute consultation session charged at my standard rate, £50. This first session is an opportunity to see how we get on and how we might work together.
