About me and my therapy practice
Difficulties in the relationships that matter most to you can be a source of distress, anxiety, frustration or despair. When all your efforts to make things better still haven't worked, maybe it's time to think about trying a different approach.
I have spent over two decades working with people who find themselves in difficult emotional situations requiring gentle understanding and thoughtful reflection. My specialist training in working with relationship dynamics, attachment disorders, adult sexuality and family systems creates a space for deep exploration. Additionally I have completed diploma-level training in cybertherapy enabling me to work safely and ethically online.
Working with a experienced relationship counsellor can give you the time and space to explore what is troubling you. I work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds, abilities, sexual orientations and gender identities to help them gain insight and fresh perspectives on life, relationships, and other issues that cause distress.
It takes courage to take the first step towards counselling, but out of that courage grows the hope that things can get better with insight and personal growth. I warmly encourage you to consider taking that step.
