About me and my therapy practice

Please contact me to arrange a free 15 minute non obligatory chat. I am covered by most Private Health companies and I am part of the EAP Professionals Network.

I am a qualified and Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the BACP, Integrative approach. I am also an experienced and professional Coach and sometimes find the combination (with agreement) of a therapeutic approach coupled with a coaching approach extremely successful in achieving long term results.

Helping people achieve change quickly, is my passion. Because every individual is unique, I have trained in a range of therapeutic approaches so I can tailor my approach to suit you as my client. I specialise in relationship difficulties, depression and self esteem/confidence issues and work in a warm, non-judgemental and welcoming environment.

I will support you not only to explore how your history may be impacting your present-day life, but also to look forward to a more purposeful and meaningful future.

I see therapy as a collaborative process so developing a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. With the increased awareness developed through our work together, comes the opportunity for more choice and the possibility for change and personal growth.

I work with individuals and couples and am fully insured.

I am Certified with the BPS Level A and B Psychometrics having trained at the University of Cambridge and a Coach and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, personally licensed by Richard Bandler, creator of the field. I work in an individual way with all my clients focusing on life balance issues encompassing career, personal and lifestyle development for individuals, groups and couples.

I work from my practices in Cambridgeshire as well as Organisations' offices.

If you are looking for a warm and understanding professional to help you improve your life and achieve your goals, contact me via email/ telephone.

I look forward to meeting you.

My first session

The first contact, either by telephone, email or text, is an opportunity to explain what you’re struggling with and also to ask any questions. I offer a free 15min initial telephone appointment .

Following this, if you would like to book a session we will agree a time and date and I will send you a confirmation email with all of the details, a short contact form for your details and my terms of engagement.

Usually our first session is about me getting to know you and having a discussion around what's brought you to therapy and what you'd like to achieve from our work.

It's important to feel comfortable with your therapist so it would be a chance to decide whether I am the right therapist for you. There would be no obligation to continue if things don't feel right.
