About me and my therapy practice
I use several therapeutic models to intuitively create a flexible and integrative therapeutic approach that is specifically for you.
My approach offers you the opportunity of self-discovery where you will develop an awareness in relation to your life, and explore what this means to you in the context of your past, present and future.
In an atmosphere of confidentiality, I will support you to feel safe on your journey to identify your own potential to:

Consultations are remote and take place via either a video link or via telephone.
My first session
In the therapeutic space, you will be supported to feel safe and comfortable enough to begin exploring the reasons that brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from it. It is here that we can begin to work together to form the therapeutic relationship, which will be the basis for your emotional growth and well-being.
