I am available from Saturday to Wednesday with working hours between 12pm and 7pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I work using a person centred model with an emphasis on developing a therapeutic relationship in order to support my clients.

I specialise in working with young people and adults and use my practice to create a deeper awareness of factors affecting day to day functioning and well-being.

Practice description

I aim to provide space for my clients to explore their concerns as well as allow a freedom to realise yet undiscovered obstacles and hindrances affecting behaviour and social interactions.

My first session

I offer a reduced discretionary rate for "taster" sessions before engaging in longer term therapeutic practice.
