Availability
Sessions are generally offered Monday to Friday in the mornings, early afternoons, and some evenings. Saturday mornings are occasionally open as well.

About me and my therapy practice
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if it’s your first time. I work in a flexible and supportive way, shaping each session around what feels most important to you. My aim is to create a safe and understanding space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.
I can also help you clarify goals and bring focus and structure to our work, so that each session feels purposeful and supports steady progress.
I offer sessions in English and German and work exclusively online, allowing you to access therapy from a place that feels comfortable and secure. Together, we can make sense of life’s challenges, building clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of who you are.
Practice description
I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, including NHS and frontline workers, expats, and those navigating major life transitions. With experience in providing therapy to a wide range of people, I understand that no matter your circumstances, you deserve a space where you are heard, understood, and supported.
My sessions are available in English and German.

My first session
Before deciding whether to begin therapy, you might like to book a free 20-minute telephone introduction. It’s a brief, informal call designed to give you a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a good fit. You can ask questions, discuss practical details, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy, all in a relaxed, no-pressure space.
After the introduction, we will have our first 50-minute session, where we have more time to go into depth if you feel comfortable to do so.
