About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I'm Victoria, a Counsellor and Psychotherapist helping those experiencing anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I am lead by you, and will focus on going at your pace.

Talking can be such a challenge, be reassured I am never judging, you are safe here to be yourself.

I work long or short term with individual adults (16 +) and couples confidentially, face to face, online and telephone counselling. I am experienced in a vast array of complex client issues. I am confident in my practice and always strive for those I work with to feel heard, understood and supported.
