I am a BACP registered counsellor based in the UK. I have completed my Masters level degree in counselling and positive psychology. I have volunteered for the mental health charity MIND as a volunteer counsellor, provided private practice counselling and worked as a young person’s (7-18) counsellor in a variety of different settings. I have worked within organisations such as BUPA offering mental health assessments and MIND offering counselling sessions to those aged 18+.

I combine my therapy practice with working in the charity sector, which brings a wealth of experience of working with a diverse range of people.


Practice description

I am a person-centred counsellor, meaning I believe that you as the client are the expert on yourself. I also draw on other modalities of therapy and counselling to tailor my approach to each individual person.

I have experience working with; depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, confidence, behaviours and relationships and more. I have experience working with adults and adolescents.

Fees:

I currently offer free 30 minute meet and greet sessions to enable you to decide whether you think we would be the right fit to work together.

£50 per session

Concessionary rates available, please enquire for prices.

My first session

I know the first step of starting counselling can often feel scary and you may find yourself full of questions. 

I offer an introductory phone call free of charge for up to 30minutes. If you wish to go ahead following this initial call, at our first session we will go through the counselling contract and begin to explore your counselling goals and what it is that has brought you to counselling.
