I am a BACP registered counsellor based in the UK. I have completed my Masters level degree in counselling and positive psychology. I have volunteered for the mental health charity MIND as a volunteer counsellor, provided private practice counselling and worked as a young person’s (7-18) counsellor in a variety of different settings. I have worked within organisations such as BUPA offering mental health assessments and MIND offering counselling sessions to those aged 18+.
I combine my therapy practice with working in the charity sector, which brings a wealth of experience of working with a diverse range of people.
Practice description
I am a person-centred counsellor, meaning I believe that you as the client are the expert on yourself. I also draw on other modalities of therapy and counselling to tailor my approach to each individual person.
I have experience working with; depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, confidence, behaviours and relationships and more. I have experience working with adults and adolescents.
Fees:
I currently offer free 30 minute meet and greet sessions to enable you to decide whether you think we would be the right fit to work together.
£50 per session
