About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel so difficult right now?
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Whether you're facing everyday life challenges or struggling with your mental health, I’m here to support you.
Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you — gently untangling the thoughts and feelings that may feel confusing or heavy. We can work through what you’re dealing with right now to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and better equipped for the future.
I offer weekly sessions for adults and couples — creating a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and be heard.
Practice description
Life can feel heavy sometimes — especially when you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, low mood, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or the impact of loss or trauma.
These kinds of experiences can affect your overall wellbeing in ways that are hard to explain, and even harder to manage on your own. You might find yourself overwhelmed by difficult emotions, or stuck in patterns that don't make sense — but you don’t have to face this alone. Therapy is a space to slow down, explore what’s going on for you, and begin to make sense of it all.
Whether you’re seeking support with a long-standing issue or something that’s just come up, having a safe, non-judgmental space to voice your thoughts and feelings can be an important first step.
I also have experience supporting clients with ADHD and Autism, and I welcome neurodivergent individuals into my practice with understanding and respect.
Support for Couples
Relationships can be incredibly rewarding — and incredibly challenging. Our most intimate relationships are where we often feel most vulnerable, and when things aren’t going well, it can feel particularly hard.
Whether you're dealing with communication issues, shifting priorities, sex and intimacy concerns, parenting challenges, infidelity, trust, abuse, or the complexities of blending families — therapy can help you both feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through it together.
The sooner you begin talking openly, the greater the chance of repair, reconnection, and moving forward in a way that feels better for both of you.
What past couples have shared:
“Therapy made a big difference to our relationship.”
“I was unsure at first, but it's really helped.”
“I wish we had come sooner.”
My first session
Before our first session, we’ll have a short 15–20 minute phone conversation to talk through what’s bringing you to therapy and to see if working together feels like a good fit. I’ll also send you a brief intake form and my practice terms so you have everything you need ahead of time.
At the start of our first full session, we’ll take a few minutes to check over any administrative details or questions you may have. I know how important it is for clients to feel that the session time is truly theirs — so I aim to create space and time for you right from the beginning.
