I offer both face to face and online therapy. I am available for new clients. I work week days-Monday to Friday, I do also have some evening and weekend sessions available (on-line only)

My passion is to help people with their feelings of anxiety, depression and stress

I work with adults 18+ and also work with older adults 65+

Practice description

You may be well aware of the reason you are feeling anxious, depressed or stressed or you may not, either way, life has become somewhat unbearable, you wish not to be that way.

Working together collaboratively I can help you with the uncomfortable feelings that you are experiencing with a encouraging and creative approach.

I do this by offering my clients with reliability, confidentiality, honesty, compassion and trust.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute initial phone call.
