About me and my therapy practice

ONLINE Therapy

I specialise in helping individuals navigate their difficulties and experiences. I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for my clients to put words to their complex feelings, and unravel hidden processes that may be contributing to their difficulties. I can help you in finding the language to express what might feel inexpressible.

We will explore your thoughts and feelings and shed light on underlying patterns and motivations that may have been previously unnoticed.

In therapy you won't just get my professional help but also learn how to live your life according to your values and boundaries. By gaining a deeper understanding of your difficulties you become equipped with valuable tools to navigate them. On our first session we begin by establishing a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood and supported without judgement.

Practice description

I am committed to holistic healing, which addresses mind, body and spirit. The integrative approach allows me to use various psychotherapeutic orientations and techniques that are best aligned with your personal experiences. These mainly include Psychodynamic,  Jungian and Transpersonal orientations.


Focuses on unresolved issues from the past, such as childhood experiences and early relationships. You can develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, motivations and patterns, which can lead to positive changes. I emphasise on some methods used in the IFS model (Internal Family System), which enables us to explore different parts of the psyche and their interaction with one another. This can be particularly helpful when working with trauma.


It is based on the theories of Carl Jung and focuses on helping individuals explore their inner selves and discover their hidden potential. Since the psyche communicates with us through images and symbols, Jungian therapy places significant importance on exploration of dreams, active imagination and creative interventions. This helps to explore your inner landscape and gain insights into your inner world.


It takes a holistic view of the individual, considering the connection of mind, body and spirit. Transpersonal therapy recognises that psychological well-being is influenced by existential as well as spiritual factors. It supports individual in exploring different states of consciousness that go beyond personal experiences and integrate them into their everyday lives.
