About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered member and abide by the BACP’S Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. As well as an Advance Practitioner Registered Member of the Addiction Professionals Registration Body and Network, and a Neurodiversity Therapist registered with Thriving Autistic Neurodiversity Practitioners and Directory of Neurodiversity Therapists. I am further a registered Psychological Therapist member of BAATN (The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network). I abide by the above Code of Conducts and Ethics. I hold a master’s degree in Psychology, Addiction Psychology and Therapy. I am further qualified ETA Education and Training.

I have vast experience of  autism, and complex needs, having and spent two decades working with autistic people, and those on the autistic journey. 

I have over a decade of experience working within Drug and Alcohol Industry. I have been in private practice since 2018. 

I advocate for Neurodiversity and activity engage in campaigns for inclusion, acceptance, and awareness.  I firmly believe in embracing and accepting Neurodivergent brains instead of trying to fix them.

My collaborative approach encourages self-advocacy, self-acceptance, and self-understanding. I firmly believe that delving into the past often holds the key to understanding our current psychological struggles. I place great importance on the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and am dedicated to working with integrity, authenticity, and transparency.

Practice description

I have a thriving private practice with clinics in Shoreditch, London, E2 and Harley Street, Marylebone, London, W1G. I also provide online sessions where appropriate. I am an experienced 1:1 and group therapist, working with a wide range of psychological issues. I specialise in treating trauma and addiction disorders in the broadest sense. I have extensive experience working with Neurodivergent, Autism and ADHA, as well as family support. I use an integrative approach that to draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives and theories. I am also facilitator of workshops and training.
