My hours are flexible to suit your needs. I work mornings, afternoons and some evenings face to face, online via video and over the phone. Contact me to discuss your suitable times and days.
About me and my therapy practice
I bring with me both professional training and lived experience to my work, with a particular understanding of how our background, race, culture, identity and intergenerational experiences shape our mental health and healing. I know how hard it can be to find a space where you don't have to explain or shrink parts of yourself. I also understand how trauma affects how we think, feel and connect - with ourselves and others. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, respect and honesty as you explore what is in your heart and mind.
I am a qualified and insured Person-Centred Counsellor. I have had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, confidence or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences at your own pace.
I understand how silent struggles with your mental health can make you feel and the huge impact on your daily life.
I offer sessions face to face / In person, over the phone and online via video.

My first session
I offer 15 minutes free phone consultation. This will focus on clarifying your needs, answering questions, assessing fit to work together and your availability.
The first therapy session can be agreed with you during this call if you feel ready to start or after you give yourself time to think about whether we can work together. Sessions are planned to suit you.
