About me and my therapy practice
I offer online therapy sessions weekly or fortnightly to fit around your lifestyle.
I am a qualified Integrative counsellor, which means I use a blend of person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT skills to facilitate sessions with you.
Working online can offer a space in your week for you to explore your difficult emotions or experiences, to deepen your understanding of your experience and move forward.
I offer client led sessions, this means you set the pace and choose what you want to explore in therapy. I believe this empowers you as the client, the expert on your experience. I will sit alongside you and offer reflections and understanding so you can hear yourself.
Practice description
I started training to become a counsellor in March 2020. I started working with clients as a student counsellor in July 2022. I qualified with a Diploma in Integrative counselling in November 2023.
I have continued my studies alongside client work and have just recently completed a degree in person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I aim to use my Integrative counselling skills to tailor counselling sessions to meet you where you are. To provide a confidential space, free from judgement where you can share what you need to without the worry of burdening others.
My first session
I offer a 20 minute phone call so you can get a feel for what it is like speaking with me. This is not a therapy session but a chance for you to ask any questions and tell me about what you hope to achieve from counselling. This is also the space to see if your availability and mine are mutually agreeable.
There is no pressure or expectation to book anything in at this stage. Should you find you do not want to work with me. I understand, finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is essential.
At the initial counselling session I will go over details of the therapy contract - which is emailed ahead of time. To give you a chance to read through and ask any questions.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative counsellor, holding a diploma in Integrative counselling. I’m just completing a degree in counselling and psychotherapy. I’m a member of the BACP.
Whether you're navigating grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions or simply trying to make sense of your emotions. I can offer you gentle paced, non-judgemental space, to explore your feelings.
I offer a space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and feel truly heard. My approach blends Person-Centered therapy, Psychodynamic counselling, and CBT, allowing us to work together in a way that suits your unique needs.
Integrative counselling draws from multiple therapeutic models. It allows us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours through different lenses.
Rather than trying to “fix” you, I work collaboratively with you to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our inner world with curiosity and compassion.
People come to therapy for many reasons. Some are facing a recent loss or struggling with depression. Others may be dealing with low self-esteem, trauma, or navigating life as a neurodiverse individual. Whatever brings you here, I offer a space where your experiences are valid and your voice matters.
I offer face to face and online therapy sessions, making it easier to access support wherever you are.
My journey into counselling began with a sudden family bereavement, over a decade ago. Since qualifying, I’ve worked with charities, facilitated bereavement support groups, and supported individuals at the end of life. I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing training and study.
If you’re feeling ready to talk, I’m here to listen.

About me and my therapy practice
I understand life can at times feel overwhelming, challenges can seem stressful and anxiety can build. I believe that counselling can help you to understand why you think, feel and act the way you do. It can help you understand your situation or to find the route to change, acceptance or personal growth that you want. Each reason for seeking counselling is different, so I will be guided by what you bring to work collaboratively with you.
I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in November 2023 following 4 years training. During my placement I built up extensive experience of supporting people with a wide range of emotional support needs and continue to do so in my current therapy work. I also have extensive experience in delivering walking groups and face to face bereavement groups for local charities.
In my counselling practice I use a blend of Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT counselling styles to listen empathically to you.
