About me and my therapy practice

I'm an experienced qualified and accredited counsellor/ psychotherapist and clinical counselling supervisor, having worked a very wide range of clients and issues. When life becomes overwhelming and affects your ability to cope, counselling can provide you with the opportunity to explore your situation with me and work towards a more satisfying way of living.

Practice description

I'm a Person-Centred Therapist with a Pluralistic perspective. This means we work together at your pace. I will value you and your perspective as well as being genuine with you. At times when appropriate and with your agreement we can draw upon other therapeutic interventions to help your therapeutic progress and towards your goals.

I'm a warm, diligent and grounded individual who wants you to experience a safe and confidential environment in our work together.

My first session

In our first session, (which is free), I can get to meet you and hear what brings you to counselling and if I am able to work with the issues you are experiencing. You will also get to experience how it might be working with me and if you would want to continue into having sessions with me.
