About me and my therapy practice
Many people who come to see me feel overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, or difficult life transitions. You may find yourself replaying painful memories, struggling with self-doubt, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to change. Some clients have experienced abuse, loss, or relationships that have left emotional wounds. My clients are often thoughtful adults who have been coping alone for a long time but want things to change. Together we create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, understand their impact, and begin developing healthier ways of moving forward.
Practice description
In a safe and confidential space, we will explore your ways, your beliefs, your sense of self to see what's preventing you from living the life you want.
We can get as creative as you want in the sessions with a wide range of resources like art, cards and body work to name a few.
I do a lot of empty chair work and parts therapy to gain clarity of your aspects of self and to address "stuckness".
My first session
Initially, let's arrange a 10-15 minute call. We'll discuss your goals, availability and for you to get a feel of what it's like to work with me.
At the first session we'll establish what you want to gain from our work and how I can help you. I will normally ask you about your life, what impacts you, childhood memories and aspirations for the future. You are welcome to ask me about my training, expertise and how I work.
Each session is 50 minutes. We will review our work regularly to make sure you are getting what you want from therapy.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello, and thank you for visiting my page.
I offer a safe and understanding space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s happening in your life.
Many of my clients come to therapy after difficult or overwhelming experiences — sometimes recent, sometimes from long ago. You might be feeling stuck, anxious, low in confidence, or noticing patterns that keep repeating in your relationships or work. Together, we’ll explore these experiences at a pace that feels right for you, so you can find relief, strength, and a clearer sense of direction.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic methods to match what you personally need — from structured, solution-focused strategies to more creative or reflective work. Some people prefer to talk through what’s on their mind; others connect better through imagery, grounding, or body-based techniques. We’ll choose what helps you feel most supported.
I have a special interest in trauma recovery, including the effects of stress, loss, and life transitions. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting the past — it means learning how to live more fully in the present, with greater calm and self-trust.
I work with adults in English and Ukrainian, both in person in Tunbridge Wells and online.
Our first conversation is usually a brief 10–15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit and to answer your questions about therapy.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to meet you and explore how we can work together.

About me and my therapy practice
As a Neuro-Linguistic Programming trainer, I deliver NLP and developmental training to groups and companies.
NLP Practitioner training is a 7-module course, where each module is run over two days once a month. Thus, the full seven modules are completed within 7 months. This can be on a mixture of the following: NLP, managing feelings, dealing with anxiety, finding common ground with people, resilience, goal setting, limiting beliefs, unconscious communication, language models.
