About me and my therapy practice
A warm welcome to you. My name is Catherine, and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I believe in offering therapy that is uniquely tailored to you, recognizing that everyone’s experiences and needs are different and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Integrative therapy takes a holistic view of well-being, considering the emotional, physical, and social aspects of life. It provides a supportive space to explore how past experiences and present challenges may shape your self-perception, relationships, and how you navigate the world. This discovery often means things feel much lighter and the path forward feels clearer helping you to uncover aspects of your life you want to accept, change or let go of.
I offer both short-term and long-term support, depending on your individual needs. I have experience helping individuals with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low mood, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, body image concerns, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, and long-term health conditions. I am trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioural therapy.

My passion lies in supporting individuals as they explore and uncover areas of their lives they wish to embrace, transform, or release.
