My counselling style is relaxed and informal. I will work alongside you to offer support and encouragement, providing a safe, calm and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace and depth.

I am a professionally trained Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, which I blend into my practice. This way of working allows me to offer a bespoke counselling experience to meet your individual needs.

I use a client led approach, this means that you decide what you'd like to discuss and how you would like us to work together.

I am experienced in supporting clients with a diverse range of needs, with particular focus on working with issues related to bereavement, grief, and neurodiversity.

I believe that a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship is the most important part of our work together.
