About me and my therapy practice
I work with adults and children on a wide range of issues. I am down to earth, friendly and will help you to talk through your problems and help you find a solution that fits you.
I am an Integrative counsellor which enables me to tailor my approach to your needs. This means I use different styles of approaches, theories and evidence based models such as CBT, Psychodynamic, and creative techniques to suit you or your child.
I am trained to help you understand what is happening for you, why you might be experiencing a problem and how to explore your options. Through working collaboratively, you can safely revisit difficulties, in a non judgement environment, with the knowledge I am there to support you and help you find the best path forward.
Seeking help can be daunting, and I appreciate finding the right fit with a counsellor can also be a tough task, particularly if you've never attended counselling before. Therefore, I offer a free consultation session to answer any questions you may have around the process.
I offer short and long-term counselling and I have various evening slots available. If you decide to go ahead with the initial consultation we can discuss what the best outcome would be for you and work from there.
