About me and my therapy practice
I provide a warm and accepting therapeutic environment for individuals seeking a safe space to explore their lives. My practice is deeply rooted in the belief that a trusting relationship between counsellor and client is a core value for a successful therapeutic process.

Practice description
I believe in counselling, one size never fits all. Your journey is unique, and your therapy should be, too. As a compassionate and warm counsellor, I aim to provide an accepting space where you can feel safe exploring your life at a pace and rhythm that feels right for you.
I adapt my therapeutic work to meet your needs and current challenges. Blending Person-Centred therapy, CBT, creative therapy, mindfulness, ACT or Compassionate Focus therapy, some sessions may be deeply reflective, while others might involve more practical, goal-oriented structure. The focus will always remain entirely on what you need in the moment.
My first session
Our initial session is a gentle introduction to the therapeutic process, focused on getting to know one another and ensuring you feel comfortable. We will begin by discussing contracting, which covers important details like confidentiality and how we will work together to keep the space safe for you.
From there, we will explore your journey, looking at both current challenges and relevant past experiences at a pace you find comfortable. To help me understand how to best support you, we may use some initial assessment forms or tools. Above all, this first session is about building a connection; it is a time for you to ask questions and for us to ensure that my adaptive approach aligns perfectly with your goals.
