Psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, offering a safe, non-judgemental space if you’re feeling stuck or finding things difficult. We’ll look beneath the surface - exploring how your past experiences and relationships shape your present life. This isn’t about judgment or diagnosis, but about gaining insight and freeing yourself from patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of who you are.

Practice description

Sessions are 50 minutes, held online, and offer a calm, confidential space for you to use as you wish - whether that’s talking through something specific or simply exploring what’s on your mind. There’s no right or wrong way to be here.
