About me and my therapy practice
How I Work
I offer counselling both online and face to face, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. I work mornings and afternoons, providing regular session times that can fit around work, study, or other commitments.
If you prefer to meet in person, I offer face-to-face sessions in Bromley in a calm, private setting where you can feel safe and supported. Online sessions are held via secure video platform, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.
Practice description
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you are the expert in your own life. As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I offer a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, genuine understanding, and unconditional positive regard—core conditions that support meaningful and lasting change.
Rather than giving advice or leading the direction of our work, I stay alongside you, offering a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, at your own pace, and without fear of judgement. Together, we create a collaborative environment in which your voice, your experience, and your unique way of being are fully honoured.
My role is to support you in reconnecting with your inner resources, strengthening your self-awareness, and fostering a deeper sense of clarity and self-acceptance. Through this process, many people find themselves feeling more empowered, more grounded, and more able to move forward in ways that feel authentic and right for them.
