About me and my therapy practice

I came to counselling through my own experience of therapy, which showed me the power of being truly heard and supported. That process inspired me to train as a counsellor and continues to shape how I work today.

I offer a space that is warm, safe, and non-judgmental—where your experiences are respected and explored at your own pace. I see therapy as a collaborative process that can support self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change.

It’s a privilege to walk alongside someone in this work, and I remain continually inspired by the strength and resilience people bring to the process.


Practice description

My approach is relational and integrative. I work hard to attune to each client—not just to what’s spoken, but also to what’s not said. Together, we build a language that helps make sense of your experiences, offering safety and connection so you don’t have to feel alone in what you're carrying.

Being an integrative counsellor means I draw from multiple therapeutic theories and styles, because I see people as multifaceted beings. We’re complex, layered, and constantly evolving—and I believe therapy should reflect that. By weaving together different approaches, I can respond to your needs in a way that feels both structured and flexible, grounded and creative.

I’ve found that clients appreciate the sense of being truly heard. I bring presence, kindness, and a deep-rooted belief in your capacity to grow. Hope is central to the way I work—a hope not just for change, but for reconnection: with yourself, your values, and your potential.

My first session

If you’re thinking about beginning therapy, I offer a free, 20-minute initial consultation. This gives us a chance to meet, talk about what’s bringing you to counselling, and for you to ask any questions you may have about the process. If we feel we’re a good fit, we’ll arrange a regular weekly time for your sessions.
