Availability

Unfortunately, I don’t have any spaces available at the moment as my practice is full. My next openings are likely to be around March 2026.

If you’d like to join my waiting list, please feel free to get in touch and share your general availability (days/times) and preferred format (online or in person). I’ll get back to you as soon as a suitable space opens up.

From January 2026, I will also be taking on a small team of therapists who’ll offer sessions under my practice. They’ll work in a trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming way and may have earlier availability if you’d prefer to begin sooner.

If you’re interested in learning more about this, please feel free to get in touch.

Please note that when submitting an enquiry through the BACP website, you’ll need to tick “email” as your preferred contact method, as I don’t make contact using phone or text for new client enquiries.

About me and my therapy practice

Trauma & Neurodivergent Therapist – Online & Manchester

I’m Tayler Remi, a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming psychotherapist offering online therapy across the UK and in-person trauma therapy in Manchester. Many of my clients seek support for PTSD, complex trauma, burnout and perfectionism, grief, or the emotional impact of late-identified autism, ADHD, or AuDHD.

Whether you’re looking for PTSD counselling, trauma therapy, or grief counselling in Manchester, I provide a safe, flexible space for processing what you’ve been carrying. My integrative approach blends relational depth, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work.

Sessions are available weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. If you’re seeking a trauma therapist in Manchester or an online AuDHD therapist, you’re welcome to reach out for a free 15–20 minute consultation.

Practice description

Therapy with me is a space to unmask, exhale, and be met as your authentic self - without needing to pretend or stay in survival mode.

Some people come looking for PTSD counselling, trauma therapy, or grief counselling in Manchester. Others seek a safe space to process identity shifts, family dynamics, or the challenges of living with ADHD, autism, or being AuDHD.

My integrative approach blends relational depth, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work. Whether you’re seeking AuDHD therapy, online neurodivergent support, or help navigating perfectionism and burnout, we’ll move at your pace, following what feels safe for your body and system.

Common Questions

Q: Do you work with adults who are both autistic and ADHD (AuDHD)?

Yes. I specialise in working with adults who are autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD, including those who are late-diagnosed or self-identified. I offer both AuDHD therapy online across the UK and in-person sessions in Manchester.

Q: Do you offer trauma therapy or PTSD counselling in Manchester?

Yes. I provide trauma therapy and PTSD counselling in Manchester, supporting clients with complex trauma, nervous system overwhelm, and relational wounds. Online trauma therapy is also available for UK-based clients.

Q: Can I work with you if I’m feeling burnt out or overwhelmed?

Absolutely. Many clients come to me seeking therapy for perfectionism and burnout, especially when they’ve been coping on the surface while feeling exhausted or unseen inside.

My first session

Before booking a full session, I offer a free 15–20 minute Zoom call so we can briefly meet and see if we feel like a good fit. You’re welcome to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, or simply get a sense of how I work.

Some clients come with clear goals, like seeking PTSD counselling, trauma therapy, or support for autism, ADHD, or AuDHD. Others just know that something doesn’t feel right - both are completely welcome.

There’s no pressure to decide right away. You can take as much time as you need before booking a session. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange a first full session (60 or 75 minutes). Before this, I’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process with a few short forms - nothing overwhelming.

I often suggest starting with three sessions if you can. The first few weeks give us time to build trust, explore what you want from therapy, and begin the work at a gentle, steady pace.
