About me and my therapy practice

There are many reasons why people seek the support of a therapist, such as problems with relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting issues, bereavement or a sense of feeling stuck. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, we will work together, at your pace, to understand your situation and increase your self-awareness so that you feel more in charge of your life. I will listen without judgement and I welcome clients from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, genders and ages.

I am an integrative therapist, drawing from person-centred, attachment-based, psychodynamic and neuroscience-informed approaches. I believe that everyone has the capacity within themselves to heal, with the support of a trusting therapeutic relationship. I work with all age groups, including young children, and also offer reflective parenting sessions.

I provide a warm, non-judgemental space to explore the areas in which you are experiencing difficulties. Together, we will build a safe relationship to allow you to navigate your life, increase self-awareness and change patterns that may be holding you back.
