Hello, I’m Hannah.
Are you looking for someone to listen and support you through a difficult time? Life can feel overwhelming, and you may be unsure why you feel the way you do or how to move forward. Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially when trusting someone new.
I work both online, by telephone and in person.
Practice description
I am a BACP-registered, DBS-checked person-centred counsellor, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I provide one-hour counselling sessions, using talking therapy and creative approaches where helpful, as well as creative wellbeing workshops.
You don’t have to face things alone, we can explore what you’re experiencing together.
My first session
If you would like to ask questions or just to connect with me to find out more about counselling. I offer a free 30-minute introductory conversation. This free conversation is usually an online video, accessed via an email link.
During this conversation I may ask you about yourself and about what has brought you to counselling. I will explain how counselling with me works and how to book your next session.
