About me and my therapy practice

My name is Genevieve. I work as an integrative therapist. This means i use, different modalities in my practise. Working from a non judgemental, empathetic approach. Each persons journey is unique. I strive to empower clients on their journey to facilitating personal growth. I believe in putting clients at the heart of the process. Working together to find the best way forward.

Practice description

Counselling provides a safe space without judgement to explore your own unique experience. You may be experiencing , anxiety or depression, loss and bereavement. Counselling can provide a safe space to work together to address trauma and look at ways to build self awareness and coping skills. Through this process counselling helps to promote mental and emotional well-being, leading to positive long term changes.

My first session

I offer a free initial call. This is usually around 15-30 minutes.

So we can explore your expectations and needs.

This will give us a chance to see if we are the right fit.

We would then arrange a in- person or online appointment.
