About me and my therapy practice
I offer a holistic and soulful approach to psychotherapeutic counselling, tailored to support you through life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional complexities.
You don’t have to have a crisis to benefit from therapy, if your emotional or mental state is negatively affecting your work, relationships, family or sense of self, feeling off; unmotivated, anxious, angry for no reason, it could suggest something deeper is going on. I have been in a similar position myself, and I understand the courage it takes to reach out and acknowledge that something needs to change.
Practice description
I trained as an integrative transpersonal counsellor, a soulful model that honours your unique life journey. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes - it's about deepening your understanding of yourself, exploring what has shaped you, and creating space for healing and growth.
I use a range of therapeutic styles, allowing us to work together in a way that feels right for you, either short term or long term sessions. I meet you where you are - at your own pace, without judgment - and gently help you explore what lies beneath the surface.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle challenge, creating a relationship where you can safely explore all parts of yourself — the parts you know well and those still emerging. Although therapy can be uncomfortable at times, learning to express yourself, reflect on your past, and navigate your emotions can bring clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of who you truly are.
You don’t have to face these things alone. Together, we can explore what’s going on and find new ways to move forward, offering regular reviews to see where you are in your therapy journey.
My first session
The first session is a no-obligation chance for us to talk about what’s brought you here, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you might have. It’s an opportunity for you to get a sense of what it might feel like to work with me, and for me to begin understanding you and your world.

I offer a calm, confidential space where your story matters, and where you can begin to reconnect with yourself.
Sessions are for 50 minutes, usually weekly, with a cost from £70. I do also offer a limited number of spaces for those on low income or students.
