About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am a psychodynamic therapist.
I offer a safe, supportive space where we can think together about the challenges you’re facing — both past and present. Therapy is not only about managing symptoms but also about understanding the patterns that keep repeating and finding new ways of relating to yourself and others.
With a psychodynamic approach, we explore how past experiences and unconscious processes may be shaping your life today. In the safety of the therapeutic relationship, these hidden influences can come into focus, opening the way for insight, healing, and meaningful change.
I have experience supporting people through a variety of challenges and complex situations. I have worked primarily within the NHS walking alongside people as they make sense of their experiences and move toward greater freedom and well-being.
Some of the areas I can help with include:
- Anxiety and depression
- Family and relationship difficulties
- Bereavement and loss
- Life changes or major life events
- Trauma or crisis situations
- Exploring a genuine curiosity about yourself
Practice description
I offer therapy sessions in person in North London.
Online sessions can also be arranged if attending in person is not possible.
THERAPY
If we both agree to commence with therapy, we will arrange a time for regular meetings that last 50 minutes and take place on the same day and time each week on an open-ended basis. In order for you to make the most of our work together, it is important that sessions are attended consistently. The length of therapy will depend on your personal circumstances and we will be able to discuss this as our work progresses.

CONSULTATION
Everyone is unique.
An initial consultation gives us the chance to explore your needs and expectations together. This usually involves at least two meetings, which help us see whether a psychodynamic approach feels right for you and give you a sense of what working with me might be like. There’s no need to decide about therapy straight away, it’s normal to have many feelings and pressing issues that need space to emerge.
