About me and my therapy practice

Hi! I’m a Level 5-qualified BACP-certified counsellor offering a calm, down-to-earth space to talk things through at your own pace.

As a counsellor raised in the internet age, I understand the pressures of modern life - from online identities and coping with burnout to relationships, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed in a fast-moving world.

I’m neurodivergent myself, which means I work in a way that’s flexible, collaborative, and genuinely understanding of different ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. I also offer an LGBTQ+ affirming space where your identity is respected without explanation or judgement.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and professional. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear goal to start, just a willingness to show up as you are. Together, we’ll work towards greater clarity, self-understanding, and emotional balance in a way that feels right for you.

If you’re curious about counselling or wondering whether this feels like a good fit, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.

Video and telephone sessions available across the country.
