Evening availability can be particularly helpful if you are balancing work, study or other daytime commitments. As I work online, sessions can be accessed from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

If I am due to take any planned leave, this will be communicated in advance to ensure continuity and clarity for clients.

Please feel free to get in touch to discuss current availability.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor working online with adults (18+). My approach is warm, reflective and collaborative.

Being integrative means I draw from a range of therapeutic models depending on what feels most helpful for you. My core training includes person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and Gestalt approaches. This allows us to explore both present-day challenges and the deeper patterns or experiences that may be shaping them.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, identity questions, addiction, and the impact of long-term health conditions or complex trauma. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and want support in understanding themselves more clearly.

I believe that while our past shapes us, it does not have to define our future. Therapy offers space to reflect, gain insight and begin making meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

Practice description

My practice offers a confidential and supportive online space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences openly.

I aim to provide a balance of warmth and gentle challenge. Sessions are collaborative, meaning we work together to understand what is happening for you and what you would like to change. At times this may involve exploring early experiences and attachment patterns; at other times we may focus on practical coping strategies, emotional regulation or identifying unhelpful thinking patterns.

I have worked with individuals facing complex life experiences including long-term health issues, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem difficulties and addiction. My practice is informed by training in a variety of areas including attachment theory, trauma-informed approaches and eating disorders.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute online introductory call prior to booking a first session. This gives us an opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy and to consider whether we feel like a good fit to work together. There is no obligation to proceed.

If you decide to book a full session, our first 50-minute meeting will allow us to explore your current situation, background and what you would like to gain from therapy. I may ask some gentle questions to help us begin building a shared understanding of your goals.

It is important that you feel comfortable and supported. You are always free to decide whether you would like to continue.
