Availability

I use this space to keep you updated on my current availability and what you can expect when working with me. If I have openings in my practice, I’ll share that here so you know whether I’m able to take on new clients at the moment. I’ll also outline my usual working hours, which can help you get a sense of when appointments are typically available and when you’re most likely to hear back from me.

From time to time, I may have planned breaks or upcoming time off, and I’ll make sure to include that here as well. I believe it’s important to be transparent so you can plan ahead and feel confident about scheduling sessions without any uncertainty.

About me and my therapy practice

Thank you for viewing my profile. I offer compassionate, integrative therapy tailored to your unique needs, providing a non-judgemental space for individuals, couples, families, and young people. With lived experience of anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to seek support. I work alongside those facing addiction, help couples rebuild trust, and support young people with emotional struggles. My aim is to nurture resilience and understanding, and to walk beside you as you move towards meaningful change in your life.

I work with individuals, young people and couples. My speciality is working with addiction, specifically family and young people affected by another’s addiction.


Practice description

I take a collaborative, relational approach to psychotherapy, placing the therapeutic alliance at the heart of our work together. We’ll draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, thoughtfully adapting them to fit your unique frame of reference, experiences, and needs.

Whether you’re looking to rebuild trust or deepen understanding within personal, family, or professional relationships, we’ll explore these areas together in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to you. My intention is to work alongside you—respecting your perspective and pace—to support the development of healthier, more fulfilling relationships with both yourself and others.

My first session

In our first session, we’ll carry out an initial assessment together. This is an opportunity for us to begin understanding where you are in the present moment and to explore what you’d like to gain from your therapeutic journey. We’ll also start to identify some goals that feel meaningful and relevant to you.

This session usually lasts around an hour, giving us the space to gather important information at a pace that feels comfortable, while beginning to build a shared understanding of how we can work together moving forward.
