About me and my therapy practice

My name is Angela, I provide a professional counseling service tailored to suit the needs of the client.

I believe the driving force within the counselling process is the therapeutic relationship and I will encourage to you to talk openly about matters important to you whilst providing a safe, confidential environment.

Practice description

My counselling approach is integrative which brings together three main theories including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic and Person Centred. Together these provide a holistic style that can be applied to a wide variety of situations and personalities.
