I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor. I am able to offer a safe and non judgmental space to explore what is happening for you, in order to understand why you’re feeling the way you are. I personalise my work with you to provide tools and support to work through the difficulties you are experiencing.

For many years I have supported young people and adults with their emotional wellbeing; delivering counselling and psychotherapy in educational settings, schools, colleges, GP surgeries, and community counselling services in London, Surrey, Hampshire and Dorset. I also provide online counselling and work with clients across the UK.

I am a registered independent Adoption therapist and registered Barnardo's Link Adoption and Family Support Service Therapist.

I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and an affirmative therapist. 

Please note,  due to my current availability, I work online with adults (across the UK) and face to face with young people in the Dorset/Hampshire area. 

Practice description
