About me and my therapy practice

I am fully qualified to Msc. Counselling and Psychotherapy passionate about continuous personal development and helping people with their individual problems in an ethical, professional and effective manner.

Maybe you are looking at my profile looking for support. Maybe  you are feeling sad, anxious or overwhelmed and feel you cannot cope anymore, I offer a safe, unbiased, non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings.

Whether you have issues with anxiety, depression, bereavement or loss or more general problems, counselling can be helpful in uncertain times of life.

I offer counselling for both individuals, couples and young persons who may need to explore relationships.

I offer therapeutic help in a friendly, easy to access secure, ethical, non-judgemental and at all times professional way. I strongly value honesty, compassion, dignity and respect as an individual, offering you the space to talk about whatever has been playing on your mind. I do not judge and have experience in dealing with a wide range of issues presented to me.

Please contact me to arrange an initial free 30 minute consultation.

Practice description

I work from my purpose built room at my home in Gnosall, but I also offer home visits if you are unable to travel.

I also offer on-line counselling such as Zoom and FaceTime for those who struggle to physically come to me or who live further afield.

I work in a person centered way which is an understanding approach that is non-judgmental and supportive.

I deal with clients in a friendly, calm, warm manner where clients are able to enjoy the freedom to talk about things in their own time and way, rather than using a very specific technique. You can go at your own pace and get things 'off your chest' to someone who is not emotionally involved in your life.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute consultation so you can see if I am the right counsellor for you.
