About me and my therapy practice
In my counselling practice I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where we can reflect upon what is happening for you and why. I am mindful of the huge worth in a one to one connection with another person during a face to face therapy session.
Life stresses can feel overwhelming. With busy lives; children, family, friends, work, emails, social media, it can be hard to find the time and space to think.
I offer a weekly space to allow time and freedom for us to work together and explore what is happening for you, how you are feeling, what you are scared to acknowledge, or not even sure you can voice.
It can be terrifying to have fears and face them alone. However, it is my experience that albeit scary, it can be life changing and hugely rewarding to listen to the little voice inside ourselves which often gets ignored or muted by life.
I understand the importance in listening to your inner voice and discovering what you need to be able to feel better within yourself, or implement any changes you may wish to make in your life. In your week this might be the only time you allow yourself to be really listened to, or time that you can actually hear yourself.

Anxiety, stress and overwhelm
Bereavement and loss
Depression
Feelings of emptiness and lack of meaning
Family conflicts
Grief and loss – difficulties coping with bereavement or relationship break up
Imposter syndrome
Problems facing major life transitions
Redundancy
Relationship Issues
Performance anxiety
Self-esteem and confidence
Self-worth
Sex related issues
Sexuality
Stress
Trauma
Toxic masculinity
Work related stress
I offer face to face individual personalised therapy from my practices in Fitzrovia, West London and Teddington, South West London on a short or long term basis. If you are interested in support and working together please contact me to arrange an initial session. We will discuss what you are looking for from therapy and agree how we can work together to best help you.
My first session
We will have a free telephone conversation to understand what you might be hoping to achieve in counselling, following that we can schedule our first face to face meeting. In our first session together we will have the time and opportunity to see whether we feel suited to work together.
I understand that seeking support can feel very daunting so I take great care in the initial session to explain the counselling process, how we may work together, time frames, and explore your expectations and needs. After this we can schedule a further 6-12 sessions if you have a particular issue you wish to work on or longer open ended work if required or wanted.
I believe trust is central in building a successful therapeutic relationship trust so I provide a warm, empathic, non-judgemental space where we can explore, in complete confidentiality, whatever has led you to counselling.
