About me and my therapy practice
I feel that the world has become quite a complex place with perhaps unclear guidelines and structures; there’s a constant need for speed, for targets and the next best thing… this I feel has an impact . Perhaps you may feel that your voice in a constructive way is missing . I work creatively to enable you to explore and express your feelings. Giving you the tools and strategies, you need through Play & Creative Arts.
I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment in which my client and I can work together to look at how best to deal with their issues.

I am a Parent Child Attachment Play Practitioner - working with families/ parents with their young ones to develop and enhance the attachment between both.
I offer 1:1 and group sessions, that is, siblings sessions.
The sessions range from 30 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the age of the young person.
For adults the sessions are 50 minutes
I believe that the relationship that can develop during therapy is key to facilitating awareness, self reflection and understanding. It is a two-way process.
My first session
In our first session we will complete the relevant paperwork, that is, the agreed contract for the therapeutic sessions, consent and a brief synopis of the issues.
This session gives us both a chance to see what it feels like to talk and be together, and to see if we wish to continue the process.
It is also be an opportunity to be in the safe space and to explore the creative tool-kit.
