About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified and accredited BACP counsellor. I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling and have enhanced training in CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.) and Positive Psychology. In addition to working in private practice I work within an educational setting; counselling children, young people and adults, I have also worked in Adult Primary Care (IAPT), as a substantive counsellor.

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, anger, low self-esteem, loss, low-mood, abuse, relationships, work-related stress, life-cycle and most life situations.

My aim is to offer you the opportunity to explore difficulties and life situations; in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space, through a collaborative relationship of respect and acceptance, to raise awareness, getting to know yourself more fully, conveying a sense of space for growth, healing and optimism, feeling more connected in life.

Appointments are booked in advance. If you have any questions or would like to discuss things further, prior to making an appointment please contact me either by email or telephone.
