My first session
The first session will be an opportunity to introduce ourselves and discuss the issues you would like to take to these sessions. It is also a chance to assess whether I am the best therapist for you based on your requirements. When the session ends, you can go away and reflect if you would like to continue with further sessions. This first session will be for 30 minutes max and will be free.
