About me and my therapy practice
Hello. Are you feeling disconnected from yourself or from others? Maybe you have a sense of being lost or stuck: knowing that you would like things to be different but feeling uncertain about how to make changes. I can help. Counselling is your time and space to explore and understand what is going on for you. We can work together to help you to make sense of your experiences, thoughts and behaviours.
I can help you to explore, understand and move forward. I am passionate about working with people when life feels difficult, helping you to explore your experiences, relationships, thoughts and emotions. I can support you to make sense of how different parts of your life, and parts of yourself, may be contributing to how you are feeling.

Due to the current situation with Covid-19, I am working online only with clients. I hope to return to in-person sessions once appropriate and safe to do so and anticipate that this will be into 2021.
