About me and my therapy practice
Experienced and fully qualified integrative counsellor working within the NHS and the private sector.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious or down? Having issues in your relationships, or perhaps you're just wondering how on earth it got to this?
These thoughts and feelings can be isolating and, when allowed to, can take over. But, by taking these initial steps you’ve already accepted that this is not who or where you want to be; this is not your forever.
Counselling provides a supportive and confidential space in which you can explore your personal thoughts and feelings. Whether as a couple or an individual, a child or young person, a neutral space enables us to look at and work though the issues in a calmer, clearer way.
There is no issue too big or too small.
So let’s look at this together.
Trained as an integrative counsellor, with my roots firmly in the Person centred approach, I am able to draw from a number of approaches including CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution focused, Creative Art Therapy, Mindfulness and others.
