About me and my therapy practice
Hello. I am a counsellor based in Ealing, West London.
You are probably reading this because you are experiencing some difficulty in your life.
You may already know what the problem is, or you may be having trouble identifying it, but you know that something isn’t right and you want the time and space to figure it out.
Feelings are powerful and many of us need help at some time to figure out our emotions, reflect on how they are impacting us and the other people in our lives, and come to a place where we can sit with them.

I work from a self-contained garden office in west London, W7. I am currently offering face to face sessions, online sessions via Skype and Whatsapp or walk and talk sessions.
My first session
I offer a free initial telephone consultation where we can start to talk about what you are looking for and whether I feel I can help. This usually takes around 30 minutes.
