I am currently available to take on clients. I work Monday through to Thursday and I am flexible with the hours I work and I will try my best to accommodate. I offer face to face, online and telephone.
About me and my therapy practice
Before we can begin working together, I offer a brief 15-minute telephone consultation. This allows us to assess where you are, if I can provide the help you need, and if we are a good therapeutic fit. If we are both happy to work together, then we can arrange a time to meet that is convenient for you.

My counselling room is based in Maidstone and this is where I offer my face to face sessions. I can provide online sessions and also telephone sessions.

During our first session together I will go through a brief client assessment form and this is just so I can get to know you a bit better and ensure you are getting the best possible counselling service.
